Volunteer applications for 2026 Big BAmF, October 9-11, are open from April 11th until the schedule is full!

We’ll confirm with volunteers on a rolling basis starting in early July.

INSTRUCTORS

Instructor applications for Big BAmF October 9-11, 2026, are open from April 11th - May 9th.

We’ll reply back about class proposals in late June.

DJs

We’re doing something new this year - a peer-reviewed DJ application process! If you submit an application, you get to help choose who DJs Big BAmF.

Short version: Each application will be anonymized and reviewed by 5 peers and 3 members of the BAmF team. Those reviews will be combined into the ranked list used to make final DJ selections. We think this is a really cool window into the review process, a chance to hear what micro sounds like in different parts of the country, and an excuse to listen to some banging music!

DJ applications for Big BAmF are open from April 11th - May 10th.

Peer Reviews are open early June - June 21st.

We’ll reply back about DJ applications in late June/early July.

If it’s helpful: If we get close to selling out before we’ve confirmed volunteers, teachers, or DJs, we will reserve tickets in case you are not selected for the team but still want to register! So, no need to buy a ticket (yet) if you’ve applied!
