Tiered pricing for all tickets: We’re offering tiered tickets to support a scholarship fund. Base ticket prices are the same as last year. Additional money from higher-tier tickets will fund pay-what-you-can tickets. If you can, we encourage you to purchase a higher-tier ticket to support someone in need!

Scholarship tickets: To increase the accessibility of our event, BAmF is offering pay-what-you-can scholarship tickets with no volunteering requirement. Please email bayareamicrofusion@gmail.com if you’d like to receive a scholarship ticket. In the email, tell us how much you can pay and what ticket type you’d like. Scholarship tickets will be distributed on a first come, first served basis as scholarship funds are made available from higher-tier ticket purchases. You can still volunteer for a guaranteed discount ticket.

All-Access passes grant admission to all of the dances (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday), and all of the workshops (Saturday and Sunday). There will be two live performances on different nights, details TBA. Price starts at $200.

Dance Only passes grant admission to all of the dances (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday). Prices start at $120 for the whole weekend, $50 each for Friday and Saturday, and $40 for Sunday.

We also offer Workshop Only passes, starting at $120 for the weekend, $70 for one day, and $20 for a single class, as well as Single-Day All Access Passes starting at $100.

Single-Evening Dance admission will be available at the door as space allows. Friday and Saturday nights often sell out ahead of time, with no or limited at-the-door availability. If you register after Thursday 10/8, please show your purchase confirmation email when you check in. Half price single night tickets will be available after midnight for sale at the door only.

PASS TRANSFERS: If you need to resell your pass, please have the original ticket holder email bayareamicrofusion@gmail.com with the contact name and email of the new buyer. Unused tickets are non-refundable. If this transfer happens after Wednesday 10/7, the buyer must show proof of transfer to registration (email from original owner with ticket number). Buyers, please avoid fb scammers and do not purchase tickets from strangers without seeing a ticket confirmation email from the seller and confirming with us that they indeed have a ticket to sell before payment.
